Thalia is a choreographer, dance teacher, writer and nutritionist. She has been dancing since the age of 2 and choreographing since the age of 4. It’s safe to say that Thalia is happiest when dancing, or doing anything revolved around dance.
At 44, Thalia is a true believer that age should not hold you back. In fact, she has more energy now and is still constantly inspired to create and teach.
From a young age Thalia was performing and winning many dance competitions. Whilst studying at university in Nottingham she performed on various shows on the MTV dance channel after being spotted in one of the northern clubs. She then moved to the big smoke and tried her hand at a ‘proper’ job working in events.
It was a combination of knowing office life wasn’t for her and working with the Pepsi Chart Show that she realised where she needed to be. As the author Paolo Coelho eloquently states:
“When you dance, you can enjoy the luxury of being you.”
Thalia is proud and fortunate to be a successful choreographer and dance teacher with a career that has spanned 25 years with a loyal following, many of whom have been with her from the start of her dance career.
Amongst many of her clients she has choreographed for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and various other production companies. She has been the Director of Movement for film and TV and notably a short film which was shown at the Royal Opera House.
Her style is mainly street, hip hop and commercial dance. With an extensive catalogue of music, which grows literally by the day, you never tire of her classes because they are always inspired by eclectic, motivating and heavy beats.

Thalia moved from London to beautiful Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire with her civil partner Rob and their 5 year old twins, Bud and Lex.
